Travel Arrangements: Students travelling from outside Lahore must arrange their own transportation to and from their home city, as well as transfers between the airport and LUMS. Parents/guardians are responsible for organizing these arrangements.

Arrival on Campus: Upon arrival at LUMS, students will be received by the Summer School team and hostel staff, who will assist them with check-in and lodging.

What to Bring: Participants should pack for a three-week stay, including suitable clothing and personal essentials. Bedding will be provided; however, students must bring their own toiletries and hygiene items.

Meals & Expenses: Students are responsible for managing their own meals and personal expenses. They may carry cash or an ATM card, as ATM facilities are available on campus. Any cash brought must be kept securely, as its safety is the students' responsibility.

Accommodation Notes: Hostel rooms are not air-conditioned. However, air-conditioned common rooms are available on each floor for sleeping.

Conduct & Shared Living: Students are expected to maintain good hygiene, respect shared spaces, avoid writing on walls or causing damage, and be mindful of the boundaries and comfort of fellow residents.
