Medical Support: LUMS has a 24/7 on-campus medical centre equipped to handle basic medical needs and emergencies.
Serious Health Concerns: In case of any serious or unusual health issues, students must inform their parents/guardians while keeping the Summer School team informed.
Health Declarations: It is essential that all students clearly disclose pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or medical concerns in the health declaration form to ensure safe and appropriate care. These are to be mentioned to the representatives at the medical centre as well, before there is any advice on medical treatment.
Protocol for Younger Participants: If a younger participant feels unwell, parents/guardians will be notified. For minor concerns, the Summer School team will escort the student to the campus medical centre. Parents must follow SOPs and ensure all prior medical information is shared.
General Well-being: Students are strongly advised to stay hydrated, take precautions in warm weather, and maintain overall personal health during the programme.
